What are the payment methods available?
At the moment, we accept Credit / Debit cards, Sofort Bank Transfer, PayPal & Manual Bank deposits.
How do I pay using PayPal?
PayPal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful PayPal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated for your order and sent to your email address. It's fast, easy & secure.
Can I pay using PayPal without a PayPal account?
Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a PayPal account is needed in order to make payments through PayPal. The truth is you DO NOT need one. Without a PayPal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card that is supported by PayPal.
What is the meaning of bank transfer?
Once you have placed the order successfully by choosing the bank transfer payment option, you will receive an email with the details of bank transfer. Once the required amount is transferred, we will ship your order as soon as we receive the confirmation from bank. Or you can send us the receipt of bank transfer so that we can ship your order immediately.
Do I have to transfer the money before I receive my order or after?
You have to transfer the amount immediately after placing the order. Currently, we do not support post delivery payments.

How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Members who ship their orders within Europe should expect to receive their orders within 3-7 working days upon payment verification. For more information about shipping durations, please click here. CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes you can, simply contact us at webshop@agephapharma.com. Let us know that you would like to change or cancel an existing order and we will take care of the rest for you. Please be aware that you can only update the order before it is shipped.
